The case of the petitioner is that she made an application on 08.12.2016 vide No.MU011603013902 for mutation of her name in the revenue records and for grant of pattadar passbook and title deed in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.1-34 cents in Sy.No.583/4 and Ac.0-10 cents in Sy.No.584 of Bandarlapally Village, Ramakuppam Mandal Chittor District. As no action has been initiated by the respondent authorities, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the 1st respondent is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner dated 08.12.2016 in accordance with law within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
