THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 31290 of 2018 O R D E R:

In this writ petition, the complaint of the petitioner is that the respondents have not taken any steps for investigating into FIR No.56 of 2015, dated 05.04.2015, on the file of the Station House Officer, Achampet Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304-A and 337 I.P.C. Learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana) placed before this Court the written instructions, dated 30.08.2018, received from the Sub-Inspector of Police, Achampet Police Station and submits that a notice was sent to the petitioner on 30.03.2016 and as a matter of fact, final report was filed on 18.02.2016 before the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Achampet. In view of the above, the writ petition is closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to obtain a copy of the final report and take necessary steps in accordance with law.
