ORDER:- Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned government pleader for Revenue.

2. Questioning the action of the Joint collector, second respondent, in not taking any action on the revision viz., Case No.4437/2015-D5 filed by the petitioner in August, 2015 nor on the stay petition filed therein, the present writ petition is filed. Petitioner also complains that on account of the non passing of the orders at least in the stay petition in spite of urgency, the order of the Revenue Divisional Officer, third respondent, will be implemented causing prejudice to the petitioner.

3. Since the petitioner raises the said limited grievance and petitioner's grievance is pending with the second respondent, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition by directing the second respondent to fix an early date for hearing of the said revision and the stay petition and pass appropriate orders preferably within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order atleast to the extent of stay petition. With the above direction, writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
