compliance of the order, dated 12.08.2015 passed in PIL.No.209 of 2015.

While disposing of the PIL as not pressed, we observed that the concerned authority shall consider all pending applications for allotment of house-site pattas strictly on merits in accordance with law. From the observation, it is clear that we did not issue any direction as such. In view thereof, we asked learned counsel appearing for the respondents that whether the respondents have considered the pending applications, and if not, within how much time, they will consider and pass appropriate orders. She submits that the respondents shall consider the applications within next three months and pass appropriate orders and communicate the same to all concerned.

In view thereof, nothing further survives in the Contempt Case.

Contempt Case is disposed of.
