Aggrieved by the order dated 30.12.2013 in Crl.MP.No.9837 of 2008 in P.R.C.No.15 of 2009 passed by the XI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad, this revision is filed by the petitioner/ accused.

The revision petitioner/ accused and the 1st respondent/ de facto complainant present, pursuant to their application in Crl.RC.MP No.1305 of 2017, seeking permission to compound the offence, which is otherwise non-compoundable by invoking Section 320 Cr.P.C. and they stated that to purchase piece in the society and because they drowned their differences through elders amicably settled, to withdraw the case filed by the complainant. 3.
Having regard to the above, Crl.RC.MP No.1305 of 2017 is allowed according permission to compound the offence under Section 482 Cr.P.C. Consequently, the Criminal Revision Case is allowed setting aside the cognizance taken on the protest application of the de facto complainant by the learned Magistrate as P.R.C.No.15 of 2009 and by acquitting the accused and his bail bonds if any, shall stand cancelled.
