This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.'), is frled by the petitioner-accused No.3 to quash the proceedings against her t I in C.C.No.lB of 2Ol7 on the file of learned Juclicial First Class Magistrate at Narayanpet, Mahaboobnagar District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191, lg2, lg3, 196, 199,2OO,297,42O,447 read with 120(8) of Indian Penal Code (for short 'lPC') 2.

None appears for the petitioner. Perused the record 3.

As seen from the proceeding sheet, earlier also there \vas no representation. The case is of the year 2017. The criminal petition was filed in the year 20 18. No interim orders were passed by this Court when the case u'as filed in the year 2O 1 B. The exact stage in the trial Court is not known.

I do not find any reason to keep this Criminal Petition pending.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
