Sri G.V.L. Murthy, learned counsel for the petitioner-institution, addressed a letter dated 13.02.2015 to the Registry requesting to list the matter under 'Withdrawal' caption.

Today, when the matter came up under the said caption, Smt. Ch. Kanaka Durga, advocate representing Sri G.V.L. Murthy, advocate for the petitioner-institution, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
