THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION NO.31209 OF 2018 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Sri C. Raghu, Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that, instead of adjudicating the Writ Petition on its merits, the petitioner may be granted liberty to approach the bank and request it to grant time till 31.12.2018 for repayment of the entire dues.

Granting liberty as sought for, and as the petitioner does not seek adjudication of the Writ Petitioner on merits, the Writ Petition is dismissed.

The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
