This revision petition is filed challenging the order dated 05.03.1998 in I.A.No.970 of 1997 in O.S.No.48 of 1995 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Nalgonda.

Learned Government Pleader for Arbitration submitted that the purpose of filing the civil revision petition has become infructuous. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Pleader, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
