This civil revision petition is filed under Section 91 of the A.P. (Telangana Area) Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1950 aggrieved by the order of the Joint Collector-I, Ranga Reddy District, dated 30.08.2008, passed in Case No.F2/5158/2007.

Learned counsel for the petitioners filed a memo seeking permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the civil revision petition. Permission is granted.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
