Learned counsel for petitioner requests the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to work out remedies available to petitioner under the Workman Compensation Act, 1923 before the 3rd respondent.

Permission is accorded.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn by granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
