THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. SUBHASH REDDY AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CONTEMPT CASE No.2022 OF 2015 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice R. Subhash Reddy) This Contempt Case, under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, is filed alleging disobedience to the order, dated 08.04.2013, passed in W.P.No.10294 of 2013.

By the aforesaid order, this Court simply confirmed the order passed by the Tribunal, but has not given any direction. Hence, it cannot be said that the respondents have violated the directions issued by this Court.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Administrative Tribunal for redressal of his grievance, if any. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case, shall stand closed. No costs.
