When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that since the matter has been compromised vide order dt.16.03.2015 in Crl.P.No.1993 of 2015 passed by this Court, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
