HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.2874 OF 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he submitted application dated 22.12.2016 along with form 6A before the 2nd respondent for issuance of pattedar pass books and title deeds in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.13.13 guntas, in Survey No.20, situated at Gampalapally Village, Tandur Mandal, Mancherial District. As no action is being taken on the said application, present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

Since the application of the petitioner dated 22.12.2016 is stated to be pending before the 2nd respondent, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the same, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
