HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 31761 of 2018 ORDER:
1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.
2) The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent No.3 in considering the application No.DER011700998521, dated 12.05.2017, for conducting survey in respect of land admeasuring 1210 square yards out of Acs.4.61 cents in Survey No.137/1, situated at Lam village fields, Tadikonda Mandal, Guntur District, as illegal, arbitrary.
3) At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader would submit that the request of the petitioner was rejected on the ground that the petitioner was unable to show possession of the land and also boundaries of the land claimed by him.
4) In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to forthwith communicate a copy of the order rejecting the request of the petitioner for
conducting survey in respect of the land referred to above, by registered post.
