`HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE D.V.S.S.SOMAYAJULU LGA MP Nos.15 and 16 of 2017 in/and LGA No.26 of 2017 COMMON ORDER: (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) On 11.09.2017, this Court passed the following order in LGA MP No.15 of 2017:

"Neither the order dated 07.08.2017 is complied with nor appeared none on behalf of the petitioners. In the interest of justice, we defer in passing any adverse order. On taking fresh steps, let notice be served upon the respondents. List after four weeks."

Today also, appeared none on behalf of the petitioners. It seems, petitioners are not interested to prosecute the petition. LGA MP No.15 of 2017 is dismissed in default and for non-prosecution as well. Consequently, LGA MP No.16 of 2017 is dismissed. LGA No.26 of 2017 is accordingly rejected.
