Mr.CVR Rudra Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that on instructions of the petitioners he wants to withdraw the criminal petition, and submitted a letter dt. 27.11.2017 to that effect.

Hence, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
