Bhosale) Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to seek appropriate relief in the proceedings filed by him under Section 10 of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890, bearing GWOP No. 175 of 2015, which is pending before the District Judge, Guntur.

The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. While granting the liberty, we shall not be understood to have examined merits of the case.
