THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.6061 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 2 in Crime No.84 of 2016 on the file of the Station House Officer, Gadwal Town Police Station.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that after completion of the investigation, the investigation agency laid charge sheet before the concerned Court. In view of the submission made by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, the purpose of filing the petition has become infructuous.

Hence the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
