This Writ Petition is of the year 2011. On 04.03.2011, this Court issued rule nisi. Thereafter, after a long last, the matter has appeared on board on 02.11.2016, on which date, there was no representation on behalf of both the parties. Hence, it was directed to be listed today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today, when the matter is taken up, none appears and there is also no representation on either side. Therefore, this Court is left with no alternative except to dismiss the Writ Petition for nonprosecution. Ordered accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand dismissed.
