ORDER:

Petitioner seeks entry of her name in the revenue records in respect of land admeasuring Ac.3.11 cents in Sy.No.1117 of Basinikonda Village, Madanapalle Mandal, Chittoor District, on the ground that the said land is already recorded in the pattadar pass book in Khata No.1296 of Basinikonda Revenue Village in Book No.208298. An application was made before the third respondent seeking entry in online and issuance of e-passbook and the said application was acknowledged by the third respondent on 26.03.2015 but no orders have been passed so far. Hence, to the extent of inaction of the third respondent, the present writ petition is filed.

2. Heard learned Government Pleader.

Since the application is required to be considered by the third respondent, I deem it appropriate to direct the third respondent to consider the said application in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, preferably, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
