Heard both sides. With the consent of both parties the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. 2.

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.2 to 5 in interfering with the possession and enjoyment of the land of the petitioners situated in Survey No.506 of Rangampeta Village and Mandal, East Godavari District, admeasuring Ac.1.01 cents, at the instance of respondent No.5, as illegal and arbitrary. 3.

Learned Government Pleader on instructions submits that the allegations made in the affidavit are false and that the respondents are not indulging in any activity to dispossess the petitioners from the land in dispute.

Recording the above submissions made by the learned Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of holding that if the petitioners are in possession of the property in dispute, the respondents shall not interfere with the property of the petitioner, except in accordance with law. No costs.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
