This Habeas Corpus petition seeks production of Kamera Posham, S/o. Late Rajam, alleging that he has been illegally detained by respondent No.3.

Learned Government Pleader informs that Kamera Posham came to be arrested on 27-08-2015 in connection with Crime No.137 of 2015 of Jaipur Police Station, Adilabad District. After his arrest, he filed application for bail and his application has been allowed. That seems to be the reason why nobody is coming forward to workout this petition on merits.
