When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Revision reserving liberty to avail the remedies available under law.

2. Permission as sought for is accorded.

3. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to avail the remedies available under law.

4. As sequel to it, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this criminal revision, shall stand closed.
