HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.15893 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not issuing pattedar pass books & title deeds to the petitioners in respect of the land to an extent of Ac.9.50 cents & Ac.13.00 cents respectively comprised in Survey No.75-2A of Garimenapenta Village, Rapuru Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, inspite of the orders of this Court in WP.No.24044 of 2016 dated 01.08.2016, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the respondents to issue pattedar pass books and title deeds to the petitioners.

Already this Court has granted direction in WP.No.24044 of 2016 to dispose of the application of the petitioner within four months from the date of receipt of application from the petitioner. If the said order is not implemented, the petitioner has remedy of filing Contempt Case, but not by way of filing writ petition, again. In view of the same, no direction can be issued in this writ petition. However, the 4th respondent is obligated to implement the orders of this Court in WP.No.24044 of 2016.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall stand closed. ___________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 28.04.2017 tk
