The present revision petition, under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, is filed aggrieved over the order, dated 25.08.2015, passed in E.P.No.96 of 2014 in S.C.No.9 of 2013 on the file of learned Senior Civil Judge, Pithapuram.

2. No representation for the revision petitioner.

3. The case status report placed by the Registry would show that the said E.P. itself was terminated by recording full satisfaction on 21.12.2015.

4. In such an event, the present revision petition becomes infructuous.

5. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
