The case of the petitioner is that she made representation dated 29.08.2016 before the 2nd respondent for entering her name in the online pahanies in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.2-00 guntas in Sy.No.140/7/Jhu situated at Gurramgudem Village, Chandrugonda Mandal, Khammam District who inturn directed the 3rd respondent to conduct enquiry and sort out the issue. In spite of the same, the 3rd respondent failed to update the revenue records by entering the name of the petitioner. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

Since it is stated that the representation made by the petitioner on 29.08.2016 is pending before the 3rd respondent, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and take action accordingly. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
