THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.5963 of 2013 ORDER:

There is a dispute between petitioner and respondent Nos.2 to 6 with regard to payment of charges with regard to reclassification of the Service Connection provided to petitioner-Trust from L.T. Category VII to L.T. Category II.

2. The petitioner has approached the 1st respondent for resolution of this dispute.

But the 1st respondent has issued communication dt.21-05-2015 to petitioner stating that since this Writ Petition is pending, it has closed the proceeding pending before it.

3. Learned counsel for both parties now state that 1st respondent be directed to consider the issue leaving it open to petitioner to question the same in case it is not resolved to it's satisfaction.

4. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to reopen the appeal No.48 of 2015 on its file and consider the same in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders thereon and communicate the same to petitioner. If the resolution by 1st respondent is not satisfactory to petitioner or respondent Nos.2 to 6, they are at liberty to again approach this Court. Till 1st respondent resolves the issue, respondent Nos.2 to 6 shall not take any coercive steps against petitioner including disconnection of Service Connection provided to petitioner's structure. The

1st respondent shall endeavour to resolve the issue as expeditiously as possible preferably within two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.

6. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
