THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 15092 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard both sides.

The prayer sought in the Writ Petition is as under: " ...Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of respondents 4 to 6 in not issuing No Objection Certificate to the petitioner college as required by 2nd respondent for submission of application to the 3rd respondent for grant of recognition for additional intake in the existing D.E1.Ed., Course for the academic year 2016-2017 as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Article 30 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 4 to 6 to issue No Objection Certificate to the petitioner college as required by 2nd respondent for submission of application to 3rd respondent for grant of recognition for additional intake in the existing D.EI.Ed., course for the academic year 2016-2017."

During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner informs the Court that the matter has become infructuous for the reason that the relief sought is for the academic year 20162017. Taking the said submission into consideration, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
