This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the second respondent in not registering the complaint lodged by the petitioner against the third respondent.

A perusal of the complaint shows that this Court cannot exercise its extraordinary jurisdiction without the petitioner approaching the concerned Magistrate on the allegations made in the complaint for registering the case.

In the circumstances, this Writ Petition is dismissed at the admission stage. However, this will not prevent the petitioner from taking appropriate legal proceedings in accordance with law.
