HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3951 OF 2016 ORDER:

Against the impugned order appeal lies under Order 43(1)(r) CPC and the revision petitioner can approach the appellate Court against the same. As such, I am not inclined to entertain the revision.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the appellate Court. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
