This Writ Petition is filed for the following relief: ".....to issue an appropriate writ order or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the Respondents more particularly the Respondent No.2 in not registering the FIR against the Respondent Nos. 2 & 3 and taking immediate action in pursuance of the complaint dt 09.09.2014 filed by the Petitioner in regard to the Criminal Act of the Respondent Nos.3 & 4 in committing theft the Petitioner's vehicle Xylo with Registration No AP11AN6300 and valuables as arbitrary illegal unlawful unwarranted and against the Principles of natural justice and also violative of articles 14, 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India in the interest of justice and issue a consequential direction to the Respondent No.2 to take action in the complaint filed by the Writ Petitioner in accordance with law." Heard learned counsel for petitioner.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2 has produced before this Court written instructions dated 22.01.2020 of the second respondent - Station House Officer, Nallakunta Police Station, Hyderabad, and submitted that the petitioner has settled the issue with Shriram City Union Finance Limited and the subject vehicle stands in his name and it is in his custody.
In the light of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition.
CKR, J W.P.No.28436 of 2014 Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
