This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., challenging the in action of the trial Court in disposing of Crl.M.P.No.675 of 2013 in M.C.No.45 of 2005.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor representing the State. 3.
A perusal of the record reveals that the petitioner herein filed the above M.C. on the file of the Family Court Judge at L.B. Nagar, Ranga Reddy, seeking maintenance from the 2nd respondent and the same was allowed. The petitioner herein filed the above Crl.M.P. under Section 127 Cr.P.C. for enhancement of maintenance amount. For one reason of the other, the trial Court has not disposed of the said petition. 4.
At the time of arguments, the only relief sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the trial Court to dispose of the above Crl.M.P. as expeditiously as possible.

In view of submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Family Court Judge at L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy, is directed to dispose of the above Crl.M.P.No.675 of 2013 in M.C.45 of 2005 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
