HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P.No.13703 OF 2015 PC: (Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, in view of the counter affidavit filed by the respondents, does not press the writ petition and seeks liberty to the petitioners to make a representation to the Gram Panchayat for redressal of their grievance. He also seeks liberty to get the valuation of the property done and then make representation on the basis thereof. Petition is disposed of as not pressed, with liberty as prayed. It is needless to mention that if the petitioners make any representation, the same shall be considered on merits in accordance with law. The amounts paid by the petitioners towards enhanced tax shall be subject to outcome of the representation, if any, made within a period of four weeks from today. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, also stand disposed of.
