THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER C.M.P. No.569 of 2018 ORDER:

This transfer civil miscellaneous petition is filed by the petitioner, under Section 24 of CPC, seeking to withdraw I.D. No.105 of 2016 from the file of Labour Court-I, Hyderabad and transfer the same to the file of Industrial Tribunal-I, Hyderabad, to be tried and disposed of along with I.D.No.6 of 2016. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the transfer petition with liberty to avail all the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Transfer C.M.P., is dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this transfer petition shall stand closed.
