Counsel for petitioner in both the Writ Petitions seeks to withdraw the Writ Petitions with liberty to approach the competent Criminal Court under Section 451 of Criminal Procedure Code for release of the vehicles of the petitioners. 2.

Granting liberty as sought for, both these Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as t costs.
