THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL CRIMINAL PETITION No.1308 of 2013 ORDER:

The criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner herein in Cr.No.205 of 2012 of Humanyun Nagar Police Station, Hyderabad.

There is no representation for the petitioner. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the investigating agency, after completion of investigation in Cr.No.205 of 2012, has filed final report on 09-06-2015 on the ground of lack of evidence.

In view of the above submission, the matter has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
