THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE PULLA KARTHIK WRIT PETITION No.22296 OF 2008 ORDER: (per AKS,J) The present Writ Petition is filed by the petitioners seeking implementation of the resolution passed by the respondents adopting the Presidential Order.

Heard Sri M. Panduranga Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Education appearing for the respondents.

A perusal of the record discloses that the relief sought by the petitioners cannot be granted, as admittedly, the respondents are A.P. Residential Educational Institutions Society and the Presidential Order cannot be extended to the petitioners by the respondents/ State Government.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
