OFFICE NOTE 01.

27.01.2025 SKS, J I.A.No.1 of 2025 This Interlocutory Application is filed seeking the Court to relax the condition No.1 passed in Crl.P.No.14562 of 2024, dated 06.12.2024.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner family relies solely on his income, and his judicial custody since 26.10.2024, has caused a significant financial burden. Therefore, he prayed the Court to relax condition No.1 passed in the above criminal petition.

In the light of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the order dated 06.12.2024 passed in Crl.P.No.14562 of 2024, i.e., condition No.1 that "the petitioner shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) each, with two sureties for a like sum

Accordingly, this Interlocutory Application is ordered.
