Order:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in rejecting the renewal of B-Form license on the ground of nonpayment of rental during the pendency of the alienation proposals as manifestly unjust, arbitrary, illegal, violation of the Fundamental Right conferred to the petitioner under Article 19 (i) (g) of the Constitution of India in the interest of justice and equity." On 10-06-2015, when the case was called, there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the case was adjourned to today for being posted under the capition "for dismissal". Even today, when the case is called, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, it is reasonable to presume that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing her cause in the Writ Petition. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 20-01-2012, is vacated and WVMP.No.1267 of 2013 in/& WPMP.No.1675 of 2012 are disposed of as infructuous. ______________________ (C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy, J) Dt: 11th June, 2015 LUR
