THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4505 OF 2017 ORDER:

The present Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, came to be filed assailing the order dated 14.06.2017 passed in I.A.No.298 of 2017 in O.S.No.62 of 2009 by the Senior Civil Judge, Piler, Chittoor District, whereby and whereunder the trial Court rejected the application filed by the petitioner under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure seeking to re-open the evidence of defendant No.3.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that in O.S.No.62 of 2009, the entire trial is completed, arguments were heard and the case is reserved for judgment.

Having regard to the subsequent events, which took place after passing of the impugned order, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed.
