CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.31168 of 2018 28.09.2018 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of Habeas Corpus to set the petitioner's husband viz., Mr.P.Varavara Rao, S/o P.Kodanda Ramaiah ((hereinafter referred to as 'the alleged detenu') at liberty from the illegal custody of respondent No.4. 2.

At the hearing, Mr.D.Suresh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, while submitting that a case has been filed by the third parties questioning the arrest and detention of the alleged detenu in the present case as well as four others and the Supreme Court is seized of the said case, in which judgment is expected today, he has requested for closing the writ petition without adjudicating the same on merits.

In the light of the above request, the Writ Petition is closed.
