Petitioners' grievance is that their application for regularization filed under the provisions of A.P. (Telangana Area) Land Revenue Act, 1317-Fasli on 14.05.2014 before the 2nd respondent in respect of their land admeasuring Acs.4.17 guntas in survey No.18 of Allapur Village, Balanagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District is pending consideration with the 2nd respondent for more than year and half, and the 2nd respondent be directed to pass orders thereon.

2. The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that the 2nd respondent will dispose of the petitioners' application dt.14.05.2014 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioners' application dt.14.05.2014 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereof to the petitioners. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
