THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.12507 of 2013 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.336 of 2013 on the file of the Vanasthalipuram Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384, 341, 506 and 448 I.P.C.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor that the charge-sheet was already filed in this case and hence nothing survives for adjudication in the Criminal Petition.
