THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.15852 of 2014 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A4 and A5 in Crime No.546 of 2014 on the file of the Station House Officer, Medipally Police Station, Cyberabad registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 498A and 506 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the Police, after investigating into the matter, filed the charge sheet against A1 to A3 only. In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this matter.
