V. Jeeta Chary v. The State Of Telangana
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.31206 of 2018 ORDER :
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana).
2.
With the consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.
3.
The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the second respondent in not disposing of the representation dated 18.07.2018, made by the petitioners, seeking correction of revenue records from the year 1979-1980 onwards, in respect of the lands in Survey No.330, admeasuring Ac.1.21 guntas situated at Nizampet village, Bachupally Mandal, Medchal District, as illegal and arbitrary.
4.
Learned Government Pleader would submit that the question of changing the revenue records from the year 19791980 onwards, basing on the representation, does not arise and that the appropriate forum lies elsewhere for agitating the grievance of the petitioners.
5.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners would make appropriate application before the concerned authorities, in accordance with law.
6.
In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedies available under law, for getting the records rectified from the year 1979-80. 7.
As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. No costs. _______________________ C.PRAVEEN KUMAR, J Date: 31.08.2018 vhb
