HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.31176 OF 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not considering the representation dated 6.4.2018 submitted by the petitioners seeking demarcation of their house site situated at Sy.Nos.326/1A and 331/1A2 of G. Mamidala Village, Peddapudi Mandal, East Godavari District, as illegal and arbitrary. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Revenue, would submit that the writ petition may be disposed of directing the respondents to deal with the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law. Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to deal with the representation dated 6.4.2018, submitted by the petitioners seeking to demarcate the subject property and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, as early as possible preferably, within a period of four to six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if the petitioners are otherwise entitled. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
