CVNR, J & TR, J FCA 309/2015 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This appeal is filed against order and decree dt.07.07.2015 in F.C.O.P. No.214 of 2012 on the file of the Judge, Family Court-cum-V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam. At the hearing, Mr. T.V.S. Prabhakar Rao, learned counsel for the appellant, submitted that the disputes between the parties are settled out of Court.

The F.C.A. is accordingly disposed of as settled out of Court. As a sequel to disposal of the F.C.A., F.C.A.M.P. No.636 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
