At 10.30 AM, when called, there was no representation by the learned counsel for the petitioner. At the request of one of the members of the Bar that he would inform the learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter was kept aside and again called at 01.00 PM. Again there is no representation. Since the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal', as there was no representation on 17.04.2015 and also on 28.04.2015 for the petitioner, the instant Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
