Mr. T.P. Acharya, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the petitioner has not given the details of the legal representatives of the respondent to be brought on record. Hence, he reports no instruction from the petitioner.

In view of the above submission, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter.

The civil revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
